1. Definitions

• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep Your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through Your Account.
• Notify giga45 immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

giga45 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures, You agree to:

• Submit a valid government-issued identification document (Indonesian ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license) upon request.
• Provide proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months) if requested.
• Provide proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot showing Your name) to verify deposit and withdrawal methods.
• Allow giga45 to verify Your identity through third-party verification services where necessary.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

All transactions on the giga45 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may deposit funds using the following methods:

You may request a withdrawal of Your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC identity verification before Your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your legal name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for bonus terms.
• giga45 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

giga45 complies with international anti-money laundering standards. Funds deposited must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Accounts used solely for money transfer purposes without genuine gaming activity will be suspended and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the giga45 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or manipulation of games or betting markets.
• Use automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games.
• Abuse bonuses, promotions, or loyalty programs through fraudulent means or by creating multiple accounts.
• Share, sell, or transfer Your Account to any other person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.

4.2 Game Integrity

All games on the giga45 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be influenced by giga45, You, or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for slot games represent statistical long-term averages over millions of spins and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

4.3 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission from giga45.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Platform software or content.
• Use giga45 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• giga45 provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• giga45 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• giga45 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• giga45 is not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers (banks, e-wallets), or any force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using the Services and close Your Account.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, giga45's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Customer Complaints

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which giga45 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

8.3 Final Decision

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, or account status, giga45's decision is final and binding. Game logs, server records, and transaction histories maintained by giga45 shall be the authoritative source of truth.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to You via Your verified withdrawal method after all pending bets are settled.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by giga45

giga45 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account immediately without prior notice if You:

• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Provide false information during registration or KYC verification.

Upon termination, all bonuses, pending bets, and account balances may be forfeited at giga45's sole discretion. giga45 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account suspension or termination for Terms violations.

10. Amendments to Terms

giga45 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If You do not agree with any changes, You must cease using the Platform and close Your Account.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 No Waiver

giga45's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of giga45.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer Your rights or obligations under these Terms without giga45's prior written consent. giga45 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and giga45 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
